• Muz Central is based in Central California in the United States of America. 

• Do you ship to other countries?

• We ship Worldwide. Shipping times to countries other than the United States vary.

• What is the average processing time on an order?​

• Orders placed in the United States are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. Orders placed Internationally are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Once shipped, packages may take anywhere from 2 days to a few weeks to arrive depending on location and postage service. 

• How can I track my Package?

• You can track your package with the tracking number that is sent by email in your Shipping Confirmation. 

• What if I am not happy with my order?

• We have a 10 day return policy. Items must be in original packaging and in unused condition. Because we already aim to have reasonable prices, there is a 15% restocking fee for returns.
